Yet an another Sunday

Today was just an another day. Woke up really late around 10:30.. I did not go to lab today.I had plenty of things in my mind which I wanted to complete.Most of my time was spent in browsing the net.Just googled some stuff related to .Net.Mailed one of my seniors after really a long time for which I got an instant reply.Designed a personalized card for my friend's bday.Its been a really long time since I have designed bday cards,the last one being when I was way back in 7th standard.So that was cool.
The preparations for our Community launch are going on fine.College is gonna start in just 2 days from now for the 6th semester.I am recharged and all set to face yet an another semester with all new plans to make it a memorable one.

Results are out..

Our results were published yesterday. I scored a G.P. of 8.71. I have never reached this score all through my 5 semesters and I guess some amount of lenient correction contributed to it.Most of my frenz had performed well this time.. much better compared to the previous semesters.
I did a fair bit of introspection with my results though.All through the year I had been extremely careless and playful regarding my studies. and my internal marks took a huge beating.Thanx to the generous staffs I got most of my internal scores above 20... I dont remember putting much effort for any of the exams. I am just wondering.. if I just put in a little more effort then it would be possible to reach the magical 9 gpa or even more.But again.. would the correction next semester be as lenient as this one???!

The awesome Bangalore trip..

The must awaited Visual Studio.Net 2005 and SQL Server 2005 were finally launched... The launch happened at B lore and the presidential address of the ceremony was given by none other than Mr.Bill Gates! I guess I am very lucky to see him live..
sitting in the first few rows.. :) Well.. the lauch was awesome and I got to befriend some kewl ppl besides experts from different domains.. Anyway I dont want to go into much details regarding the launch... except that it was totally cool.. By means of this I got to visit my cousin who stays @ B lore as well... I had a fine time out there and it goes into my blog as one of my most memorable days...

A gr8 day...

Today was just a gr8 day... I woke up at sometime around 10... Didn't go 4 swimming today as I hadda bad cold.. Myself n' my frenz had previously planned 2 do go 2 d bowling alley... We had actually planned 4 Maayajaal but d entry tickets are kinda costly out there... n' plus we had 2 pay seperately 4 food.. so we abandoned it...Anyways we started by around 1 or so and went by bus to Nungabakkam... Then we entered Snow-Bowling- d bowling alley at Nungabakkam... The ambience was gr8.. though there was no one there except us....... After enjoying a lot out there... we went to Cafe coffee day in Ispahani center.. which was just opposite... We hadda gr8 time out there.... chit-chatting... ,lissening 2 our fav music in the juke box.. n enjoyed our time... I returned home at around 5:30 or so.. but I was kinda tired... Didn't go 4 d normal long walk at d bessie beach which I normally do..... These hols r turning 2 b really good... But cant wait 2 get back 2 college as well... Hope 2 have an interesting yr ahead..........
